Heart of a Champion — WNBA All-Star Weekend Community Event

The Association of Black Cardiologists is proud to support Project LOVE Chicago and Sneakers 2 Scrubs for Heart of a Champion, a free community celebration during WNBA All-Star Weekend. Girls in 5th–12th grade are invited to an elite skill development clinic, a live WNBA panel, and All-Star Weekend-inspired competitions, with shoe giveaways throughout the day.
The event is also open to the broader community for free cardiovascular screenings for women ages 30 and over, provided by ABC and our medical partners, available from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. No basketball participation is required to take part in the health screenings.
