Cardiology Deserts: Advancing Access Where Care Is LimitedMany communities across the U.S. lack consistent access to cardiologists and cardiovascular services—conditions known as cardiology deserts. These gaps contribute to delayed diagnoses, preventable complications, and widening health inequities. Through its Cardiology Deserts Campaign, the Association of Black Cardiologists (ABC) is advancing solutions that expand access to evidence-based care, strengthen prevention, and connect communities to life-saving cardiovascular services. Learn more about ABC’s Cardiology Deserts Campaign and how we’re working to close the gap. Campaign supported, in part, by Amgen, Novo Nordisk, Novartis, and AstraZeneca. |
